WHAT IS "ICC"
The ICC (Intraclass Correlation Coefficient) gives you a measurement of “how close” different people have rated some parameters while judging/rating the same or different subjects.
RATER RELIABILITY
This measurement of similarity tells you, among other things, whether your raters are well trained (because they do similar judging) or not. In such way the ICC indicates your “Rater Reliability” for your scientific studies.
